Program Enrollment Details

Registration Process for the “2026–27 August–May / Fall Winter Spring” Session

  • There will be one registration for the “2026–27 August–May / Fall Winter Spring” session. Enrollments will automatically renew on November 5, 2026, and February 5, 2027, providing continuous participation throughout the Fall Winter Spring program.
  • Program fees for the “2026–27 August–May / Fall Winter Spring” session will be paid in three automatic installments:
    • First payment: Due at the time of enrollment
    • Second payment: Automatically charged on December 1, 2026
    • Third payment: Automatically charged on March 1, 2027
  • Programming begins August 17, 2026. Once enrolled, participants will remain enrolled through their program's final meeting date, which will occur on or before May 28, 2027. The exact end date will vary based on each program's meeting schedule.
  • If you wish to discontinue your participation and stop future automatic payments, you must submit your request by email to programming@obparks.org by the applicable deadline:
    • To cancel effective November 29, 2026, your email must be received by November 15, 2026.
    • To cancel effective February 28, 2027, your email must be received by February 15, 2027.

These deadlines allow us sufficient time to:

  • Disable your automatic enrollment renewal
  • Prevent the next scheduled payment from processing on the 1st of the following month
  • Remove you from the program roster

Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive confirmation. If you choose to re-enroll later, registration will depend on program availability.

  • Late registrations will be prorated. The initial payment will be adjusted based on the registration date, and future automatic payments will be charged on the next applicable installment date (December 1 or March 1).
