Personal Training

Our nationally certified Personal Trainers will assist you in developing an individualized exercise program to reach your health and fitness goals. Meet with your trainer one on one, or in a group setting.

To get started please fill out a Personal Training Inquiry Form. You will be contacted by a trainer within 2 business days of your submission. For questions, please contact Fitness Supervisor, Kara Smith at ksmith [at] obparks.org or (630) 645-9542.

Personal Training Policies

There are no refunds for unused personal training sessions.
All training sessions/packages will expire from one year on date of purchase.
Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for all cancellations or else client will be charged for the training session. Exceptions are at the discretion of your trainer.

Oak Brook Park District Fitness Members receive a discount on personal training.

Personal Trainers

Mari Kadar-Morgan
Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor

Mari is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as a Yoga Instructor through the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. She has extensive experience working in the fitness industry. Injury prevention and developing a strong core are the basis of her training regimen. Mari enjoys motivating and challenging clients of all levels of ability. Her specialties include older adults, children, physically and developmentally challenged, functional training, yoga and general wellness and flexibility.

Meg Olander
Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor

Meg is a well being enthusiast and loves to inspire people to enjoy a more active and healthy lifestyle. She is currently certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) and a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). She also has a certification as a Tabata Bootcamp Instructor and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
Meg has been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years and has loved every second of it. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Meg continues to enhance her knowledge by keeping up with the fitness industry through seminars and trainings. She will work tirelessly to help you reach your goals and improve your overall health and fitness.

Jonathan Uba
Personal Trainer

Jonathan is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association, as well as a baseball coach at the youth and high school level, currently as the assistant varsity coach at Hinsdale South.
Through his experience as a college athlete, he has knowledge in strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and functional strength and movement. Jonathan works to build healthy habits to reach fitness goals while also prioritizing the individual needs of each client.
