The Aquatic Supervisor is primarily responsible for the seasonal administration of all tasks related to operation and management of the Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club (OBBT) pools for the Park District. The Family Aquatic Center Lifeguard position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to prepare the facility for the demands of the guests present. Lifeguards are responsible for the fulfillment of an efficient job in major areas, protecting the public against accidents, proper rescues and first aid, should an accident take place, and acting as a public relations representative. This position assists the public in the locker rooms, Aquatic Center, Splash Island, and slide entrance. Lifeguards also aid in the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and surrounding areas.

The Oak Brook Park District Fitness Department is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to assist as a substitute when necessary. Under the general supervision of the Group Exercise Coordinator and the Fitness Supervisor, this individual will be required to lead an aerobic class in a group setting for a specific time allocation. The class should be fun and upbeat but safe and easy to follow. It is the instructor’s responsibility for each of his/her student’s safety during each class.
