Adult Swim Lessons
It’s never too late to learn how to swim. Whether you are learning from scratch or wanting to improve your efficiency in the water, our lessons are sure to fit your needs. Group and private lessons are available.
Use the pool as your fitness tool. Our certified instructors will guide you through water exercise movements that will strengthen and tone muscle while providing low-impact cardio. Our classes are a fun and refreshing way to achieve your fitness goals.
Arthritis Water Therapy*
This water therapy class safely keeps your joints moving and improves your sense of well-being. Water is a perfect tool for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness by allowing resistance without the stress of hard impact on your body. Class is led by certified staff to ensure movements work to improve mobility and strength in a very low impact manner.
*Our Water Aerobics and Water Therapy classes are free to members. Non-members may drop in and join a class at a cost of $10/resident and $12/non-resident.
