Winter Lights at Central Park

Bundle up for the Winter Lights at Central Park!

Enjoy a 1/2 mile walk through the beautifully lit Central Park! Discover dancing trees, inspirational signs, colorful rainbow arches, cascading snowflakes, and musical hearts throughout this scenic walk. This walk is FREE to the community.

The Winter Lights at Central Park will take place from November 25, 2021 - January 9, 2022, every evening from 4:30-9:30 PM.  

  • Photo opportunities throughout the walk.
  • FREE for the community to attend with donations be accepted to benefit the Peoples Recource Center and The Oak Brook Park District Foundation.
  • Inclusive and accessible. Anyone can walk or roll through the light show on our paved pathways.
  • The walking path will be a one-way, looped circle which aids in social distancing.

*Path will be closed at 9:30pm each night and during inclement weather.

*Dogs are allowed on a leash.

The Oak Brook Park District Foundation is pleased to be partnering with the Peoples Resource Center! The People's Resource Center community exists to respond to basic human needs, promote dignity and justice, and create a future of hope and opportunity for DuPage County, Illinois residents.
