From 4 pm to 4:30 pm every day, all blinking and moving lights are static or significantly slowed down, and music is softened or silenced. Oak Brook Park District works to minimize barriers and ensure that everyone can fully experience the lights.
The Oak Brook Park District Foundation is proud to partner with People’s Resource Center! Together, we support a community dedicated to meeting basic human needs, promoting dignity and justice, and building a future of hope and opportunity for residents of DuPage County, Illinois.
