Withdrawal and refund requests can be made by emailing registration@obparks.org or by submitting the form below.

General Program Refund Policy: If a withdrawal request is made 8 days or more before the start of the program, a full refund, minus the 10% processing fee, will be given.

No refund will be given if the registrant submits a withdrawal request 7 days or less prior to the start of the program except for medical reasons. A prorated refund may be issued if the participant withdraws for medical reasons. Medical refunds require a signed doctor’s note explaining the injury or illness and must be submitted within 10 business days of when the participant first misses the program due to the injury or illness.
