We know it's a difficult time and families are getting restless, so we are putting together a few videos for your physical & mental health. This 20-minute workout will get your entire body working without any equipment. It's perfect to do at home. Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes - the current champ is Dolly Kern with 18 rounds!

Treadmill Workout with our trainer Meg. If you don't own a treadmill, you can follow along on a walk outside.

Family Cardio Workout


Shamrock Shuffle

Use cones or any object about 30 yards apart.
Start at one side and use one of the following to get to the other side:
Side shuffles, Run/Walk, Crawl, Walking lunges.
Perform 10 reps of burpees and 10 squats.
Then return to the other side by performing a different of the 4 exercises above.
Then perform 9 reps of burpees and 9 squats.
Repeat back and forth until you complete the cycle.

Hill Run

Run up the hill and back down. Perform 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups.
Then return up and down the hill twice. Perform 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups.
Repeat the hill three times. Perform 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups.
Repeat the hill four times. Perform 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups.
Repeat the hill five times. Perform 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups.
