The Oak Brook Park District and Breakaway Basketball are partnering up to offer a youth basketball league called the Get Better League. The Summer Get Better League is a 3v3 style league where teams of 6-7 players will practice on a Monday or Tuesday and play a game on Thursdays. Please Note: You must register the participant for the grade level they will be attending in the Fall of 2024.
Below are the different practice and game options for each grade level:
Summer 2024 GBL begins the week of 6/3 and ends on 7/18
(Practice days and times are subject to change based on final registration numbers)
• Mondays/Thursdays 4-5pm: 1st/2nd Grade Girls
• Mondays/Thursdays 5-6pm: 1st Grade Boys
• Mondays/Thursdays 6-7pm: 2nd Grade Boys
• Mondays/Thursdays 7-8pm: 3rd Grade Boys
• Mondays/Thursdays 8-9pm: 4th/5th grade Boys
• Tuesdays/Thursdays 4-5pm: 3rd/4th Grade Girls
• Tuesdays/Thursdays 5-6pm: 1st Grade Boys
• Tuesdays/Thursdays 6-7pm: 2nd Grade Boys
• Tuesdays/Thursdays 7-8pm: 3rd Grade Boys
• Tuesdays/Thursdays 8-9pm: 4th/5th Grade Boys
