Our Adult Safety Programs include:

Self Defense
This class is intended to provide you with the basic principles of self-defense and situational awareness. You will learn several techniques for defending yourself if ever faced with an attack. The session will start with a warm up that includes stretching and cardio. The class then transitions into learning a variety of stances, kicks, punches, blocks, grabs and counters. This class is educational, challenging and fun!

AARP Driver Safety
Safe driving is a challenge for all drivers, but risks to safe driving arise with aging that affect vision, hearing, reaction time and judgment/cognition. Studies have shown fewer fatal or injury-causing crashes and violations occur among drivers (55+) who have taken this nationally-recognized course. The AARP Course’s goal is to keep seniors safe and mobile. Family members may also register for the course to understand the issues facing older adults.

Rules of the Road
This is a driver’s training review course taught by an instructor from the Secretary of State’s office.
