Group Exercise

Under Tier 3 mitigation guidelines, all Group Exercise Classes will be offered virtually. We are able to offer everything from low impact aerobics to Rockout! and Cardio Cross Training! Each class is 45-minutes. 

We hope to see you at our virtual classes, but reserve your spot soon! Only 20 spots per class! Classes must be registered for using the upace app.

Due to COVID-19, we will not be having the 65+ Walking Club meet.

65+ Walking Club

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-11am. Beginning the first week in January, increase your activity level in the comfort of Oak Brook Park District's indoor Walking Track and meet new fitness-minded friends. This is a free, informal walk-in program, no registration is required. This program is NOT structured and is NOT a Pioneer Program. Proof of age required at check-in. There is no instructor. Participants are welcome to walk at their own pace. Ages 65+
