Whether you are a competitive swimmer, beginner, or triathlete, there is a lane for you in Masters Swimming! With multiple workouts designed to improve your speed, technique, and overall endurance, our coach instructor will work closely with you to improve all aspects of swimming. No competitive swimming knowledge is necessary for you to participate in this fun, upbeat, team experience.
On Saturday, May 10 all Oak Brook Park District Facilities will open at 10am. This late opening is due to the annual Pink 5k event.
