Tennis Evaluation Adult Advanced Beginner Request Form

Please enter your age. Only adults 17 and older are allowed.

There is a $40 charge for a ½ hour evaluation with a coach. A credit will be issued for new members or if joining a class within 1 year of the evaluation.
