Athletic Classes

Introduction to Fencing
Experience excellent mental and physical training; and develop coordination, dexterity and stamina as you are introduced to the royal art of fencing using basic foils. Experienced instructors will emphasize safety and observing correct fencing procedures and etiquette. You will also learn basic footwork, rules, stances, parries, and thrusts. All equipment is provided. No registration can be accepted after the first week of the program. Once registered, attendance at the first two classes is required.

Drop-In Pickleball
Bring a group or just yourself for open pickleball. This drop in program is for all players, both veterans and those new to the game. Some paddles and balls are supplied, but participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment. Nets provided.

Self Defense
This class is intended to provide you with the basic principles of self-defense and situational awareness. You will learn several techniques for defending yourself if ever faced with an attack. Class begins with a warm up that includes stretching and cardio, then transitions into learning a variety of stances, kicks, punches, blocks, grabs and counters. This class is educational, challenging and fun!
