Just 2s!
We are delighted to welcome your busy 2-year-old to Just 2s! Our teachers have compiled a set of developmental guidelines to reference throughout the program. We recognize that all children develop at their own pace, and a delay or deficiency in one area does not necessarily indicate a problem. Children are encouraged to grow and play at their own rate, and our teachers welcome parents to discuss any concerns or goals they may have. Students enrolled in Just 2s receive priority registration for the next session.
Welcome to Bridge to Preschool!
We are thrilled to introduce your little learner to shapes, colors, numbers, and letters. This transitional class helps children learn to play with peers, follow directions, and build the independence and confidence needed to progress successfully through preschool. If your child is in Pull-Ups, please remember that a parent or guardian must be available for changing. Students enrolled in Bridge receive priority registration for the next session of Bridge or Preschool.
What You Will Need for the First Day of Class:
- Emergency Contact Form
- A change of clothes in a large, labeled Ziploc bag
- A filled sippy cup labeled with your child's name
Dealing with Separation
Separation can be challenging at the start of the session, and each child's response to school is as unique as they are. Tears typically subside quickly as children discover that we are here to help them navigate their expanding world. If you have any concerns about your child's separation response, please do not hesitate to discuss them with your teacher.
