Q: Can we add additional pizzas?
A: Yes, you may request additional pizzas for your party. Any additional pizza requests must be emailed to the Aquatic Manager at aquatics@obparks.org by Wednesday at 12pm the week of the party. A charge of $15/pizza will be added to your fees.
Q: Am I allowed to arrive early to setup for my party?
A: You may arrive a maximum of 15 minutes early to begin your setup. We ask that you assist our party attendants with any additional clean up required to take down decorations. Please note the following decorations are not allowed: confetti, glitter and piñatas.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Yes, you may bring your own food. We ask you assist our party attendants with any additional clean up if you bring outside food with you.
Q: If the adults don’t swim and stay in the room or on deck, are they counted towards my guest total?
A: Guests are defined as all adults and children over the age of two, regardless of whether they swim or not.
Q: How can I add additional guests if needed?
A: If you need additional guests, requests must be emailed to the Aquatic Manager at aquatics@obparks.org by Wednesday at 12pm the week of the party. Additional $10 per person and limited up to only 5 additional guests’ maximum.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Party cancellations must be emailed to the Aquatic Manager at aquatics@obparks.org within 10 business days in order to receive full refund less a $5 service fee. Parties cancelled after the two-week deadline will receive partial refund based on circumstances.
Q: How do I reschedule my party?
A: Parties can be rescheduled 10 business days prior minimum. If you would like to reschedule your party, please contact the Aquatic Manager at (630) 645-9588 or send an email to aquatics@obparks.org.
Q: Can I order pizza from a different place?
A: You are more than welcome to bring in additional outside food; however, there is no option of not having the pizzas as part of the package as it is included with all the parties, and we do have an agreement with Zazzo’s as being our vendor and supplier for all of our parties.
Q: Will lifeguards be available on deck?
A: Yes, certified lifeguards will be on duty to watch over the pools and provide a clean and safe environment for your group.
