Oak Brook IL – The Oak Brook Park District is pleased to announce a special fundraising evening at Cocoa Cabin on Friday, December 5 from 4:30pm – 8:30 pm located at Central Park West (1500 Forest Gate Rd.). The event will bring the community together to enjoy the magic of the season while raising funds to support the Oak Brook Historical Society and its ongoing preservation efforts.
Cocoa Cabin has become a cherished part of the Park District’s Winter Lights experience, and this dedicated fundraiser night invites residents and visitors to enjoy warm beverages, seasonal treats, and festive ambience. Proceeds from purchases made during the event will support the Oak Brook Historical Society and its mission to preserve and share the rich history of Oak Brook. The Historical Society operates the Heritage Center located in the historic Old Butler School and provides educational opportunities for residents, families and visitors.
