Field Rental Request Form

Interested in renting an athletic field? Either fill out the electronic form (It will automatically be sent to Brian) or complete a paper copy and send it to Brian DeWolf at fields@obparks.org. If you are looking for 3 or more dates, please fill out the electronic form and place all dates in the “Any Additional Information” section. The electronic and paper forms are not a final commitment or reservation. It is simply there to begin the reservation process.
