Individualized personal training services are available at the Oak Brook Park District Fitness Center. All personal trainers are nationally certified and offer the highest quality training at an affordable price. Training is available to members and non-members for an additional fee. To get started with a personal trainer please fill out a Personal Training Request Form at the Family Recreation Center or online. You will receive a phone call from a certified personal trainer within 1-2 business days of this inquiry. Please allow an additional day if submitting form during the weekend. Personal Training Policies
There are no refunds for unused personal training sessions.
All training sessions/packages will expire from one year on date of purchase.
Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for all cancellations or else client will be charged for the training session. Exceptions are at the discretion of your trainer.

Mari Kadar-Morgan: Mari is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as a Yoga Instructor through the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. She has 28 years of exercise and yoga experience and has taken continuing education courses with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) in Yoga Fit, rehabilitative joint health and safety, arthritis and osteoporosis, the senior population, CPR/AED and First Aid. Mari is particularly interested in working with special populations including pre & post natal, children’s yoga, infant massage and individuals affected by cancer. |
