Personal Training

Our nationally certified Personal Trainers will assist you in developing an individualized exercise program to reach your health and fitness goals. Meet with your trainer one on one, or in a group setting.
To get started please fill out a Personal Training Inquiry Form You will be contacted by a trainer within 2 business days of your submission. For additional information please contact Mike Delgado, Fitness Supervisor at (630) 645-9542.

Personal Training Policies
There are no refunds for unused personal training sessions.
All training sessions/packages will expire from one year on date of purchase.
Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for all cancellations.

Personal Trainers

Brian Burtch: As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), Brian specializes in custom athletic training, weight loss programs and nutritional counseling.  Brian likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning.  As your trainer, he will partner with you to find the best route to ALL of your fitness goals.  If you’re ready to make a change and start loving your life, contact Brian today.

Linda

Linda Hillsman: Linda Hillsman is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), specializing as a Senior Fitness Trainer through The American Academy of Health and Fitness, and a Group Fitness Instructor through The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  As a breast cancer survivor and a Cancer Exercise Specialist through The Cancer Exercise Training Institute, Linda brings her energetic passion for improving strength and quality of life to her clients by teaching them how to use weights through different types of strength equipment, with an additional focus on functional and balance training.  If you are new to strength training, or just getting back into it after an injury, Linda would be more than happy to help you take control of your life. 

Kennen Hootman: Kennen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Coming from a collegiate swimming background, Kennen has experience in endurance sports, particularly long distance running and triathlon, and can help clients reach all of their athletic and fitness goals. He also believes that strength training is an important component in any fitness program. Whether you want to run faster, get stronger, lose body fat, or just live a healthy life, Kennen can help you reach your goals.

Jack Moore

Jack Moore: Jack Moore is a certified personal trainer through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools). Drawing on his experiences with gymnastics, track & field, and American/Thai boxing, Jack is able to personally customize your workout to accommodate current limitations and facilitate both short term and long-term fitness goals. By using corrective exercise techniques paired with Jack’s patient and assertive approach, your mental and physical abilities will continue to reach new heights. Whether your fitness goals are weight loss, strength training, increased flexibility, or balance, you will learn the skills to help push past your limitations and improve your quality of life.

Mari Kadar

Mari Kadar-Morgan: Mari is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as a Yoga Instructor through the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. She has extensive experience working in the fitness industry. Injury prevention and developing a strong core are the basis of her training regimen.  Mari enjoys motivating and challenging clients of all levels of ability.  Her specialties include older adults, children, physically and developmentally challenged, functional training, yoga and general wellness and flexibility.

Matt Nieman: Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He also has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Recreation, Sport and Tourism. Matt enjoys helping his clients reach goals of fat-loss and an overall healthier lifestyle through the use of custom-designed exercise programs and the recommendation of wise food choices. Clients will experience fun, safe, and challenging exercises during their training sessions with Matt and he will always make sure that their workouts are exciting and new.   

Meg

Meg Olander: Meg is a well being enthusiast and loves to inspire people to enjoy a more active and healthy lifestyle. She is currently certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) and a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). She also has a certification as a Tabata Bootcamp Instructor and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
Meg has been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years and has loved every second of it. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Meg continues to enhance her knowledge by keeping up with the fitness industry through seminars and trainings. She will work tirelessly to help you reach your goals and improve your overall health and fitness.

Jackie Yu: Jackie Yu is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Jackie's combined backgrounds in group exercise, yoga, and psychology create a fun, unique training experience.  With her challenging, high-energy style, Jackie will cut to the chase and help you get where you want to go!
