Personal Training

Our nationally certified Personal Trainers will assist you in developing an individualized exercise program to reach your health and fitness goals. Meet with your trainer one on one, or in a group setting.
To get started please fill out a Personal Training Inquiry Form You will be contacted by a trainer within 2 business days of your submission. For additional information please contact Mike Delgado, Fitness Supervisor at (630) 645-9542.

Personal Training Policies
There are no refunds for unused personal training sessions.
All training sessions/packages will expire from one year on date of purchase.
Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for all cancellations.

Brian

Brian Burtch: As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), Brian specializes in custom athletic training, weight loss programs and nutritional counseling.  Brian likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning.  As your trainer, he will partner with you to find the best route to ALL of your fitness goals.  If you’re ready to make a change and start loving your life, contact Brian today.

Jennifer Crouse

Jennifer Crouse: Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jennifer enjoys encouraging her clients to take on a healthier lifestyle through wise food choices and exercise.  She is thrilled to see her clients hard work and discipline pay off for a better lifestyle. During training sessions, clients will have a safe, friendly, and challenging environment.

Ellen Cyrier

Ellen Cyrier: Ellen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Ellen has an educational background in Health & Sport Studies and also coaches tennis at the Park District Tennis Center. Through this combination of education and experience, she likes to create sport-specific, goal-oriented training. Whether clients are looking to reach a particular objective, or want to gain overall better fitness, Ellen provides an exciting, fun, and challenging atmosphere. 

Kennen Hootman

Kennen Hootman: Kennen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Coming from a collegiate swimming background, Kennen has experience in endurance sports, particularly long distance running and triathlon, and can help clients reach all of their athletic and fitness goals. He also believes that strength training is an important component in any fitness program. Whether you want to run faster, get stronger, lose body fat, or just live a healthy life, Kennen can help you reach your goals."

Mari Kadar

Mari Kadar-Morgan: Mari is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as a Yoga Instructor through the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. She has 28 years of exercise and yoga experience and has taken continuing education courses with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) in Yoga Fit, rehabilitative joint health and safety, arthritis and osteoporosis, the senior population, CPR/AED and First Aid.  Mari is particularly interested in working with special populations including pre & post natal, children’s yoga, infant massage and individuals affected by cancer. 

Matt

Matt Nieman: Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Matt enjoys helping his clients reach their goals of fat-loss and a healthier lifestyle through the use of customized exercise programs and the recommendation of wise food choices. Clients will experience fun, safe, and challenging exercises during their training sessions with Matt, and he will strive to create workouts that are exciting and new. 

Amy Rantis

Amy Rantis: Amy has a Master Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois-Chicago, a certification in Mat I Pilates, and is a certified personal trainer from The American Council on Exercise.  Amy trains all ages and health profiles; post-physical therapy, weight loss, functional training, pilates, post-cardiac -rehab, training for children, and overall wellness consulting for over 16 years.  She did her internship in graduate school with a registered dietician at Rush Hospital.

Jackie

Jackie Yu: Jackie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jackie prides herself in creating a fun, unique training experience. With a well-rounded background in fitness, yoga and psychology, Jackie is able to cut to the chase to help you get where you want to go.
