Private Events
Central Park West is the perfect setting for your unique, personal day. The spacious main hall, with a vaulted, open-beam ceiling, double-sided brick fireplace, and 7-foot windows suits any gathering that needs a special, private setting from outdoor weddings and wedding receptions to intimate baby showers. Keep the sliding doors open for a fully enclosed, air-conditioned option, or open everything up for a breath of fresh air.
Spend time with your guests relaxing inside, or take the party outside to our two covered patios. The South patio features a decorative metal railing, brick fireplace, a view of the koi pond, and is bordered by our Central Park woods. The North patio offers a view of Ginger Creek and the wildflowers that grow along the banks, a perfect backdrop for late summer wedding photos. Catering can be left to one of our preferred caterers, offering a wide variety of menu selections, allowing you to enjoy hosting your event. Corporate Events
Central Park West can also be the perfect location for a corporate special affair, meeting, fund-raising dinner or corporate social event. Show presentations on our projection screen, or lead a seminar via wireless microphone. Chairs and conference tables, rounds, or rectangular tables are provided. Alcoholic beverages are allowed inside Central Park West ONLY with a special permit. To ensure the safety of all park district patrons, no alcoholic beverages are allowed inside any other park district facility or on park district grounds at any time. Permit to serve alcoholic beverages require an additional fee.
