We are accepting toy donations at the Family Recreation Center and Tennis Center until December 13. See below for frequently asked questions!
Q: What kind of toys do you accept?
We accept new toys still in their original boxes/containers. We do not accept toy weapons that have a realistic look to them, or toys that incorporate any kind of food.
Q: Do you accept stuffed animals?
Because many of the social service agencies we work with do not request stuffed animals, and due to the difficulty in determining if a stuffed animal is in fact a new toy, we prefer not to receive stuffed animals. However, we don’t like to turn down fluffy donations. Please bag your stuffed animal in a clear plastic bag before donating.
Q: How old are the children that receive these donations?
We provide donations up to age 12. Suggested items for preteens include: sporting equipment/bags/balls; books, backpacks, cosmetics, purses, watch/wallet gift sets, bath gift sets, board games, radio control cars/trucks, hand-held electronics, skateboards/helmets, curling irons, hair straighteners, and hair dryers.
