Oak Brook Resident Maggie Krause Breaks 11-12 Girls 100 IM Swim Team Record

Maggie Krause, 11, of Oak Brook finished the 11-12 Girls 100 IM in a lighting fast 1:18:56, earning her first place at the Oak Brook STARS Home Swim Meet against Elk Grove on Feb. 2, 2019 and shattering the team’s record.

Krause set a long-term goal of getting a place on the record board, and has been consistently focusing her energy on the 100 IM during practice. STARS Coaches Devin and Nick stated that “Maggie works hard and is a huge asset to the team. We look forward to watching her grow as a STAR.”
