A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service with each customer interaction. They will assist with daily operations of the Family Recreation Center, including but not limited to, welcoming guests, answering incoming calls, efficiently processing memberships, program registrations, point of sale transactions as well as resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Oak Brook Park District is looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and previous experience in the customer service field; excellent organizational and listening skills; an effective team player; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, multi-task, identify problems and propose effective solutions. The hours include, but are not limited to, Mondays 5:15am – 11:30am, Tuesdays 5:15am -11:30am, and Saturdays 9:45am – 4:00pm. The hours may vary given the staffing needs of the Family Recreation Center’s service desk.
