Stars Registration Information

General Information

The Stars Swim Team takes place all year long! Registration can take place for the following seasons:

• Summer June-August
• Fall September-December
• Full Season September-March
  
• Winter/Spring January-March
  
• Spring Training April-May (no meets)

Registration

Registration packets are available at the Oak Brook Park District, 1450 Forest Gate Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523 at the following locations:

• Front Registration Desk
• Stars Bulletin Board (located at Family Aquatic Center)
• Download the following forms and mail them in or drop them off (requires Adobe Reader)
  
  • Swimmer Code of Conduct
    
  • Swim Team Registration Form
    
  • USA/Illinois Swimming Registration form (additional $60 fee, optional)*

A discount of $25 may be deducted for each additional sibling from the same family that is registered for the Stars Swim Team. Team fees do not include a membership at the Family Aquatic Center. Swimmers are responsible for swimsuit and equipment costs. No refunds can be issued once the season has begun.

*Upon joining the team swimmers have the option of becoming a member of ISI. This requires an additional fee of $60 and provides your child with the opportunity to swim additional ISI meets. Each ISI meet requires an additional fee not included in original registration cost (generally between $5 and $20 per meet).
