Week #1 - January 11th - 15th
Elastic Band Ball Harness

Each team member will be harness on elastic bands and will have ten balls to drop into assigned point bins, 1 point, 3 points and 7 points. They will have 1 minute for each team members will undergo this task and the team with the highest total points wins the first week challenge.·
Week #2 - January 18th - 22nd
Rope Undulation
RESULTS ARE IN - CLICK HERE FOR PDF
Each team member will be timed for their endurance doing small wave undulation to be added for a total team timing. Small waves must be produced throughout the length of the rope. Timer will be stopped if this is not accomplished. The team with the longest total time wins this second challenge.

Week #3 - January 25th - 29th
Wall Squats
RESULTS ARE IN - CLICK HERE FOR PDF
Each team member will performed a wall squat position (Legs parallel to Floor) against the wall and hold this position until no longer able to do so. Timer will stop when three members losses their body position against the wall. Body shifting will be recognized as losing position. The team with the longest time wins this challenge.

Week #4 - February 1st - 5th
1 Mile Run/Walk with Medicine Ball (8 lbs)

Each team member will run/walk for two (2) laps and hand the medicine ball to the next team member who then completes his/her lap. If a team member drops the medicine ball in route, a penalty of 1 second will be added to the team’s total time for each drop ball. The team with shortest time wins the challenge.

Week #5 - February 8th - 12th
Rower
RESULTS ARE IN - CLICK HERE FOR PDF
Each team member will undergo rowing on the Concept II for 5 minutes with Airflow at 10. Each member’s distance will be recorded and the team that travels the longest wins this challenge.

Week #6 - February 15th - 19th
Swimming

The team will pick two (2) of their members to swim the pool lanes for 4 laps at two laps per team member (one lap=one pool length at 25 meters). The team with the shortest time wins the challenge.
Week #7 - February 22nd - 26th
Obstacle Course
RESULTS ARE IN - CLICK HERE FOR PDF
Each team member will undergo the obstacle course and be timed. There will be penalty point (1 second added to total time) for every mistake occurred during each segment of the obstacle course. The team with the shortest time will be the winner of this final challenge.
