The Family Aquatic Center offers many special feature for the entire family, including a leisure pool with a 105 foot long spiral water slide, gradual beach-like entry with a maximum depth of four feet, water play features and a rapid water channel. A program area offers ample space for a wide variety of senior exercise classes, tot programs and youth swim lessons. A lap pool features six, 25-yard lanes to accommodate lap swimming, aquatic exercise, swim lessons, water leagues, Stars swim team and masters swim team. Relaxing in the 16-person whirlpool is the perfect place to end your workout. The Family Aquatic Center is the perfect place to exercise, have fun and make a splash!

The outdoor splash park offers an interactive water play area on hot summer days.


Family Float Your Boat Race

In this boat race you need to team together to build the strongest boat you can out of provided poster board (no longer than 3 feet) and supplies. Your boat must float and be able to carry as many 12 ounce cans of soda as possible while being pulled through the pool. Design wisely and your boat may win the title!
Must register in person to receive supplied materials.

Race Details:

  • Tow your boat through 5 feet of water with a provided string with 2 cans of soda in it, that’s right, full pop can!
  • Each time your boat makes it down the lap lane, we will add 2 additional 12 ounce cans.
  • The boat that survives the most heats wins!

Registration includes a boat race t-shirt; if you would like to purchase more you can do so at the event for $10 each while they last. You must designate a person on your team as ‘captain’ to swim the boat across 4-7 foot deep pool. Floating devices provided, 4 foot string. Other awards available to win-be creative!
